MISSION... Promote Future Leaders of Florida through education, networking, leadership opportunities, and a mentoring program.

Future leaders of the association should be identified, named and promoted at monthly meetings and industry events.

Future leaders should be encouraged to work on and take leadership positions on goal committees.

Organize and promote networking/social opportunities
